We give estimates based on an hourly rate and on the common tasks required for your project. We will need more information about what you have and what we need before we can do that. Contact us, and we will reply with an estimate of the time required and a suggested budget. We do make sure we're affordable for small businesses and nonprofits as we believe you deserve the most accessible help. We are competitively priced when you compare our expertise and quality of work.
Our fees include licensing for all designs we create specifically for our clients. Licensing for all assets will be included in your invoice, and all documentation will be transferred to you after the final invoice is closed.
It is sometimes possible for us to do rush orders for an additional fee. Send us a message as soon as possible, and we will get back to you to let you know if we have space in our schedule for a rush order.
Contracts are an important way to make sure we are all on the same page. Our contracts are not lengthy scary documents, but instead more of a statement of understanding so everyone feels protected. We'll outline the scope of work, the budgets and timelines.
I'll invoice for any required deposits which can be paid via check before we begin. For ongoing monthly relationships, you'll expect due on receipt invoices twice a month. For one-off projects or printed tangibles, you'll receive an invoice immediately.
